Customised Group and
Team Coaching
We customise our group and team coaching programmes to meet the need of your team or group. What they all have in common is that they are a source of individual and collective learning.
We use the appropriate methods. Some of our favourites are here. However, if you have well established tools yourself, we will work with what you have. It is important to understand that team coaching is not a training.
The value comes from the group or team members developing their awareness of themselves and others by observ-ing and exploring in-the-moment group conversation and dynamics.
